Returns & Refunds

Because our cakes, flowers and gifts are perishable and made or personalised to order, we do not accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We will assess the matter and advise you of the outcome.

Order changes or cancellations: contact us as early as possible. Personalised items already in production may not be cancellable.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
